Scott A. Baylard, O.D.

Dr. Scott A. Baylard has lived in Georgia since 1985. He earned his bachelor's degree from Georgia State University majoring in biology with a concentration in neurophysiology and a minor in chemistry . He then went on to earn his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Dr. Baylard and his wife Nan live in Cumming, GA with their two children, Beau and Jack. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Georgia Optometric Association and the Forsyth Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice hockey and the guitar.
